Real estate has always been my passion. I earned my real estate license at 22 years old and have been a full-time licensed realtor ever since. Over the first decade of my career, I’ve sold over 200 properties, gaining a deep understanding of the market and what it takes to deliver results for my clients.
Early on, I found myself naturally gravitating toward investors—helping clients not just buy and sell, but build real wealth through real estate. Today, approximately 80% of my business is investor-focused. I specialize in identifying opportunities, whether that’s presales in new developments or sourcing properties with strong upside potential.
Residential Construction & Sales.
In 2025, I created Homes by Love, a brand built around providing a complete, end-to-end experience. To better serve my clients, I also obtained my residential builder’s license. This allows me to support clients who want to move beyond presales and into development opportunities—particularly with new SSMUH regulations—helping them secure properties, manage the build process, and bring projects to market.
End To End Service.
My role goes beyond just finding deals. I guide clients through the entire process—from acquisition, to navigating permits and approvals, to maximizing the highest and best use of a property, and ultimately selling it for a profit. I’ve helped clients buy, build, and sell multiple times, building long-term relationships based on trust and results.
